The life of service to someone, and devotion, is the only lasting relationship.
The life of pleasure, what I’m getting or not getting, is why most people are living in pain.
It’s not going to pleasurable all of the time, but it can be meaningful, it can be more than pleasurable, it can be fulfilling, it can meaningful and magnificent, and become something beyond your wildest dreams, but its going to require you to expand your model of the world beyond yourself.
